At The Lofts On Ponce, we focus on creating a reliable and enjoyable experience for every guest. From your first enquiry to check-out, we aim to make your Atlanta stay smooth, comfortable, and memorable.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Each stay includes one complimentary parking space. If you’re bringing an additional vehicle, no problem—just be sure to register it. Extra vehicles are $10 per night. Since this is a shared lot with a commercial business, please follow all posted parking signs and guidelines.
To maintain the quality and comfort of our spaces, we are a pet-free property. This policy is strictly enforced.
To maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property, including units, patios, rooftops, and common areas.
Guests may cancel up to 7 days prior to check-in for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Due to high demand and quick turnover between guests, we’re unable to offer early check-in at this time. We appreciate your understanding!
Need a little extra time? We offer late check-out for a $25 fee. Please request in advance, as availability is limited and last-minute requests may not be accommodated.
For the comfort of all guests and to respect our neighbors, the number of occupants must match the number on your reservation. Please let us know in advance if your plans change.
To protect the quality of our units, a $35 non-refundable damage coverage fee is applied to each reservation for incidental damages.
