Very clean place. Best located unit at the top floor with one of the bigger sized balconies in the building. The host Austin communicates very well. I would highly recommend.

This listing is ideally situated for guests wishing to explore the sights in the upscale area of Midtown. Walking distance from shopping and other conveniences, but also quiet and secure. However, what stood out the most was the hostess’s organized, communicative approach, coupled with her friendly and helpful attitude. This is a solid choice! 👍🏽

Second time staying at Joscelyn’s place on Ponce & it’s become my go to while I have to do longer visits in ATL for work. Great host every time & the location can’t be beat!

I loved this place. The space was perfect for me, very safe, walking distance from the grocery store. Second thing that I really liked was safeness, communication was very responsive.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here!! Very responsive, everything was nice but minimalist and that’s what I love the most! The only thing I would suggest - if coffee is provided, be sure to have sugar and crème. But, I will be back.🤗

The space was nice, clean, and exactly as described. Joscelyn was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely consider staying there again the next time I am in Atlanta.

This was such a cool space- I really wish I had more time here to take advantage of it! It’ll be perfect for those coming in for the World Cup or any kind of travel.

loved our stay at austin’s place! wonderful location… we were able to walk just a few mins to grab drinks at the clermont hotel which was great. the place was spotless and check in was very easy. plus we really enjoyed the large patio! bed was comfy and sound machine was a great touch too. would definitely stay here again!

I had an amazing stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Austin was a great host and made everything easy. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back.

Great location if you need to be in close proximity to Ponce City Market and the BeltLine. Great restaurants and things to do close by at a private location with parking. Ideal place to stay for a few days and was easy to get in and out of. Host was responsive and very thorough with their instructions so hardly any additional communication was needed.
