We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Austin’s place! Everything was spotless and the place is in a great location. Lots do with great restaurants. Would stay here again our next time in Atlanta.

I stayed at Jocelyn’s place in Poncey-Highland and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located — walkable to everything I needed. Jocelyn was incredibly attentive throughout my stay. She struck that rare balance of being fully professional while still keeping a warm, personal connection that made me feel genuinely looked after. Any time I needed something, she was on it. I also want to shout out the cleaning staff — they were fantastic. Friendly, helpful, and clearly take pride in what they do. They kept the place in great shape and were a pleasure to interact with. Highly recommend this spot. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Great place for a couple of nights, great neighborhood, 8 min away walking from the Ponce city market, everything was cleaned and we enjoy the view from our little balcony! Thanks Austin

One of the reasons I picked this place was location and I didn’t have to pay extra for parking. It was cute, quiet and I enjoyed relaxing on the roof at night. It was a close drive to everything which I appreciated.

This rental was in a great location with multiple restaurants and grocery stores nearby. It’s located right down the street from Ponce City Market and not far from other sights downtown such as World of Coke and Georgia Museum. We also visited Fernbank Museum and Atlanta Zoo, which were just a short drive away. This unit offered a free parking space. Even though the spots are shared with a dental office, it was still always easy to find a spot. The unit itself was designed well with efficiency in mind. It offered a living room area with a kitchen as well as a separate bedroom area with a balcony. There is also a lounge area on the fourth floor with a great view. Highly recommended A+++

Great, comfy, clean, well-appointed little spot, walkable to some great stuff, and convenient to downtown, Midtown, and other parts of the city. Perfect for what I needed it for, for a couple days in town for work. Will definitely look to book again in the future! Don't hesitate.

Joscelyn was a fantastic and attentive host! Her place was clean, and she was organized with her instructions and made the check in and out process easy. It’s a short distance from Ponce City market. can’t wait to stay again! the location is really unbeatable if you like hanging out on the beltline and around the old fourth ward and ponce! we really enjoyed our time here and the mattress was so comfortable!

I checked in to a clean room with a refreshing scent. This made it easy to get comfortable and settle down after a long drive. Any question or need I sent to Austin was answered promptly and Austin was kind and welcoming in his answers. if I ever have to stay in Atlanta again, I'll be looking to rebook here!
