The Lofts On Ponce

Jared was incredibly accomodating, kind, and responsive. Truly could not have asked for more from a host. The apartment is so cute and is located around everything you need. Just a couple blocks walk from Ponce City Market! It's located in one of my favorite areas of the city, and the space looks exactly like photos. As soon as I walked in there was some calming yet welcoming music playing which I thought was a fabulous touch- especially after having driven a whole day. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to get upstairs to the rooftop seats (I was in the city for a very short time), but the balcony space right outside the room was the absolute cutest and was so relaxing. Loved everything about the space and would absolutely book with Jared again! :-)

Came into town for a concert. Jared and the other hosts were great. Super friendly and communicative. The apartment we stayed in was spotless and the location was just what we needed!

I stayed here from July 21–25 and had a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable—just steps from Ponce City Market, the BeltLine, and plenty of dining and entertainment. The studio was spotless, stylish and comfortable, with thoughtful touches like a private balcony and fast Wi‑Fi. Having a well‑equipped kitchen, in‑unit laundry and complimentary parking made the visit feel easy and home‑like. We loved unwinding on the shared rooftop deck with its beautiful city views. Check‑in via the smartlock was seamless and the host was responsive throughout. Overall, it’s the perfect base for exploring downtown Atlanta on foot—highly recommended!

The apartment is perfect for 2 people; very clean and with good facilities. Hosts were responsive, kind and helpful with every question I had. I asked to extend with one day and the host responded very quickly. The location of the apartment is ideal. There are so many restaurants and bars on that same street and it’s very centrally located; close to a lot of places.

Jared’s place was very comforting and cozy! I felt at peace and had good energy. The bathroom was soooo clean. Not a hair or anything in sight! I booked last min and was happy that he could accommodate because this is one that I will be keeping in mind for future stays!

Amazing place to stay will for sure stay again! Location is close to everything you need and even right outside of an amazing pizza spot parking is very easy as well as coming in and out of the complex overall I give this place an 10/10!

Really enjoyed my stay here. There was a big sign that made it easy to find! So very local to so many shops, Fellini’s Pizza, and Ponce City Market. Plus the hosts were very responsive. Will stay here again next time in the ATL!

Cozy & Convenient with Everything You Need This spot hit all the comfort notes: the beds were super comfy, and the sofa was just as inviting—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The extra firewood was a thoughtful touch, making it easy to enjoy a cozy night in. Check-in was a breeze, and the location was great—central to everything you’d want to explore. All in all, a hassle-free stay with comfy furnishings, great amenities, and a prime location. Would happily stay here again!

Very basic accommodation that reminded me of a motel type set up On the 4 th floor and the elevator was fine Had some stairs leading to the front door of the building Concrete floors with some area rugs Was a good value All appliances are small sizes but these fit in the spaces available Good for short stay and some nice pubs are within walking distance
